Your personal data are collected and processed for the purposes set out below together with the legal base of reference:

•      Customer management – European Union Standard (GDPR 2016/679)

The categories of data that can be processed are the following: tax code and other personal identification numbers; name, address or other elements of personal identification; contact details (telephone number, e-mail, etc.).

Your data may be sent to the recipients or categories of recipients listed below: consultants and self-employed individuals or associates, banks and credit institutions, companies.

Your personal data will be shared with SEASE MONACO SARL as a joint controller, for the same purposes outlined above, ensuring compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

In addition to this information, in order to guarantee the correct and transparent processing of your data, you must be aware of the fact that:

•      The duration of the treatment is determined as follows: 10 years from the date of termination of the contract (Article 2946 of the Italian Civil Code, which provides for the ordinary limitation period of 10 years); marketing data will be retained for 5 years from the last active contact, then deleted or anonymized.

•      You have the right to ask the Data Controllers to access your personal data and to rectify or cancel them, to limit the processing of your data, or to object to their processing. Where consent has been given for one or more specific purposes, you have the right to revoke such consent at any time by writing to info@sease.it

•      You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of your country of residence or with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali – www.garanteprivacy.it ).

You have a contractual obligation to provide your personal data, as knowledge of such data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract; in the absence of such data, it will not be possible to proceed with its execution.
