Where can I purchase Sease products?
Sease products are available on our website, in our direct stores, or through a network of authorized retailers. You can use the "Store Locator" feature to find both our direct stores and those of our partners.
How can I choose the right size for me?
To find your desired size, you can use our Size Guide (CM-INCHES), available on each product page. If you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us.
My product is defective, what should I do?
In case of defective product, you can contact our team at info@sease.it. Please have the following information ready:
A full photo of the product and a photo of the specific defect
The product code
Order number (online order)
Proof of purchase of the product, if available. Alternatively, the place and date of purchase of the product (in-store purchase)
Do Sease products go on sale?
Sease products do not go on sale, not even during private sales or the Black Friday period.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
It is possible to cancel or modify the order before it is shipped. To proceed, simply contact us and let us know your request.
What payments methods are accepted?
Credit Card: The Sease Online Store accepts online payments
with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, and
American Express.
The buyer is solely responsible for the data entered and should only use credit cards that they are legitimately authorized to use.
Credit card payments can sometimes be declined for the following reasons:
- The credit card has expired: contact your bank.
- The credit limit has been reached: verify with your bank.
- Incorrect card details: ensure that the provided information (card number, expiration date,
security code CVV2/4DBC) is correct.
PayPal: PayPal is an electronic wallet that allows you to send and receive money over the internet. To use this payment method, you must have a PayPal account linked to a bank account, credit card, or prepaid card.
You can open a PayPal account by registering on the official PayPal website.
Apple Pay: Apple Pay offers a fast checkout process. When paying with Apple Pay, you don't need to manually enter your credit card information or shipping address. By clicking the Apple Pay button, your fingerprint or Face ID is scanned, and Apple Pay provides the necessary information to the payment processor.
After clicking the Apple Pay button, your shipping and billing information, as well as order costs, shipping fees, and taxes, will be displayed. You’ll need to authenticate the purchase. The authentication process may vary slightly depending on the device used.
To use Apple Pay, one of the following devices is required:
iPhone (SE, 6, 6 Plus, or later), iPad (Pro, Air 2, Mini 3, or later), Apple Watch, MacBook Pro with Touch ID, or any Mac model (2012 or later) with Apple Pay enabled.
Google Pay: Google Pay offers a fast checkout process. When paying with Google Pay, you don't need to manually enter your credit card details or shipping address. By tapping the Google Pay button, the payment processor is provided with the information.
You’ll then be able to view your billing and shipping details, and authentication will be required to complete the purchase.
Shop Pay: Shop Pay is a fast checkout method that allows customers to save their email address, credit card, shipping, and billing information. To save payment information, customers need to enter their email at checkout. Shipping and billing data are securely stored on PCI-compliant
Shopify servers. Each purchase made with Shop Pay supports carbon removal projects at no extra cost.
Bank Transfer: Orders can also be paid by bank transfer. In this case, the transfer must be made immediately after the order is placed, as Sease needs to receive the funds within 3 days from the order date. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be canceled, and the
products will be made available for purchase by other buyers. After placing the order, the buyer will receive an email with the bank transfer details.
LUNU Crypto Pay: Payments can also be made using the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), Ripple (XRP), stablecoins such as Tether (USDT), and USDCoin (USDC). Sease accepts payments from over 60 major crypto wallets. Note that the order total displayed at checkout will be in fiat currency (EUR, CHF, GBP, USD). After selecting "pay with your cryptocurrency" as the payment method and choosing your wallet, the price will be shown in cryptocurrency. Additional network fees (e.g., GAS fees) are not included in the order total. In case of a return, the original order total (in fiat currency) will be refunded, and the payment gateway will convert the amount to cryptocurrency at the time of the refund transaction. Network fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Is it possible to request gift wrapping?
At checkout, you will have the option to request gift wrapping. You can also add a
personalized message, which will be carefully handwritten by our boutique
staff.
How can I track my order shipment?
To track you order shipment, you will receive a shipping notification email from the courier. UPS is used for non-EU countries, and DHL for countires within the EU. This email will contain you tracking number, the unique code associated with your package. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Orders placed within the European Union can be shipped with two options: Standard shipping, free of charge, or Express shipping, available for a fee. For orders placed outside the European Union, only Express shipping is available. Orders are delivered within 2 business days for Europe and 3-4 business days for the United States (any delays due to customs processes and/or inspections are beyond our control).

Is a signature required upon delivery?
For the security of your purchases on Sease, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will attempt to deliver tha package up to 3 times, usually on the next three business days. After the third failed attempt, your order will automatically be returned to our warehouses.

Sease ships to the following countries/regions:

How do I make a return/exchange?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date by contacting us.
Returned items mustt be shipped back within 7 calendar days from the date the return is approved. To submit your request, send an email to info@sease.it specifying:
- Returned product: SC030 TN071, NAVY BLUE, 3XL
- For exchange requests: specify the new size/color/product
- Reason for return/exchange
For orders over 350 EUR, 500 CHF, 500 USD or 400 GBP Sease covers return shipping costs for the first return request or the first size/product exchange.
*Andorra: for legal reasons, the customer will be responsible for return costs from Andorra.
NON-EU ORDERS:
For returns from non-European countries, Sease Customer Care will send the buyer a proforma document that must be printed in 3 copies and given to the courier.
The buyer should place the product to be returned in the Sease box it was received in. If the box is no longer usable, any sufficiently large box can be used, but all the barcodes and labels must be removed.
Sease Customer Care will prepare the return shipping label and share it with the customer, who can drop off the package at an UPS Access Point or DHL Service Point of their choice.
What are the return processing times and conditions?
For returns from EU countires, it typically takes 1-3 business days. For returns from non-EU countires, it takes at least 3-6 business days (any delays due to customs processes are beyond our control).
When and how will I receive my refund?
The refund or the shipment of the exchanged product will be processed after verifying the resellable condition of the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For more details, please refer to the Terms of Sale document.
Can I request a return or exchange in-store?
For online orders, returns or exchanges cannot be made in-store.
How do Sease Gift Cards work?
Sease Gift Cards can be purchased both from the Sease online store and at the selected boutiques. If you're buying one as a gift, you can add a personalized message at the time of purchase.
How can I check the balance of a Gift Card?
After purchasing, you will receive an email with the Gift Card details, which we recommend keeping to track the balance. If the purchase amount is less that the available credit, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases, but only online.
Online Gift Cards are sent via email in digital format, with values ranging from $180 to $1500. To use them on the website, simply enter the Gift Card number in the " discount code or gift card" field during checkout.
Can I make a return if I purchased with a Gift Card?
Yes, you can return a product purchased with a Gift Card. The refunded amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card.
If I purchase a Gift Card online, can I use it in-store and vice versa?
Gift Cards purchased online can only be used online, and those bought in-store can only be used in-store.
