Where can I purchase Sease products?
Sease products are available on our website, in our direct stores, or through a network of authorized retailers. You can use the "Store Locator" feature to find both our direct stores and those of our partners.
How can I choose the right size for me?
To find your size with confidence, every Sease product page offers a Size Guide in both centimeters and inches, as well as a highly accurate size suggestion service that recommends the ideal size for you based on your measurements and fit preferences. My product is defective, what should I do?
In case of defective product, you can contact our team at info@sease.it. Please have the following information ready:
A full photo of the product and a photo of the specific defect
The product code
Order number (online order)
Proof of purchase of the product, if available. Alternatively, the place and date of purchase of the product (in-store purchase)
Do Sease products go on sale?
Sease products do not go on sale, not even during private sales or the Black Friday period.
How do I care for my Sease garments?
Each Sease piece is crafted from high-quality natural and technical fibers — such as cashmere, virgin wool, hemp and linen — made to last for years. Because care
needs vary from one fabric to another, and delicate fibers like cashmere require particular attention, we always recommend following the care label sewn into your garment. For tailored advice on a specific piece, our team is happy to help via WhatsApp at +39 346 126 8373.
Are taxes and duties included?
Yes. All SEASE orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning duties, import taxes, and VAT are already included in the final price shown at checkout
for most countries. Customers will not have to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
Please note: for orders shipped to the state of Illinois (USA), local sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout, as required by local regulations.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
It is possible to cancel or modify the order before it is shipped. To proceed, simply contact us and let us know your request.
How does Tax Free shopping work at Sease?
Sease welcomes travellers from around the world and offers Tax Free shopping in partnership with Global Blue for customers residing outside the European Union,
both in our boutiques and online.
In our boutiques — simply present your passport and our staff will prepare your Global Blue Tax Free Form. On your journey home, validate the form at the Global Blue or customs kiosk at your point of departure from the EU, and Global Blue will refund the eligible VAT in cash or to your credit card.
Foronline orders — to benefit from the VAT refund, you must be physically located within the European Union at the time of purchase and enter a European shipping address. We therefore recommend travelling to the EU first and placing your order only once you have arrived; otherwise complications may arise with customs during export. Once your order is completed, you can request the refund in Europe through Global Blue, choosing between two options:
- Standard Refund: the refund is issued after customs validation. You have until the end of the third month following the month in which the tax-free invoice was issued to complete the process, and you must show the new merchandise. Once the invoice is validated, you can collect the refund at the airport — in cash or to a credit card — at a Global Blue refund point.
- Advance Refund: you can receive the refund immediately, before customs validation, at a Global Blue refund point or lounge. You then have 20 days to obtain customs validation, by showing the new merchandise as you leave the EU, and to return the validated invoice to Global Blue. The refund is issued in cash or to a credit card.

What payments methods are accepted?
Credit Card: The Sease Online Store accepts online payments
with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, and
American Express.
The buyer is solely responsible for the data entered and should only use credit cards that they are legitimately authorized to use.
Credit card payments can sometimes be declined for the following reasons:
- The credit card has expired: contact your bank.
- The credit limit has been reached: verify with your bank.
- Incorrect card details: ensure that the provided information (card number, expiration date,
security code CVV2/4DBC) is correct.
PayPal: PayPal is an electronic wallet that allows you to send and receive money over the internet. To use this payment method, you must have a PayPal account linked to a bank account, credit card, or prepaid card.
You can open a PayPal account by registering on the official PayPal website.
Apple Pay: Apple Pay offers a fast checkout process. When paying with Apple Pay, you don't need to manually enter your credit card information or shipping address. By clicking the Apple Pay button, your fingerprint or Face ID is scanned, and Apple Pay provides the necessary information to the payment processor.
After clicking the Apple Pay button, your shipping and billing information, as well as order costs, shipping fees, and taxes, will be displayed. You’ll need to authenticate the purchase. The authentication process may vary slightly depending on the device used.
To use Apple Pay, one of the following devices is required:
iPhone (SE, 6, 6 Plus, or later), iPad (Pro, Air 2, Mini 3, or later), Apple Watch, MacBook Pro with Touch ID, or any Mac model (2012 or later) with Apple Pay enabled.
Google Pay: Google Pay offers a fast checkout process. When paying with Google Pay, you don't need to manually enter your credit card details or shipping address. By tapping the Google Pay button, the payment processor is provided with the information.
You’ll then be able to view your billing and shipping details, and authentication will be required to complete the purchase.
Shop Pay: Shop Pay is a fast checkout method that allows customers to save their email address, credit card, shipping, and billing information. To save payment information, customers need to enter their email at checkout. Shipping and billing data are securely stored on PCI-compliant
Shopify servers. Each purchase made with Shop Pay supports carbon removal projects at no extra cost.
Bank Transfer: Orders can also be paid by bank transfer. In this case, the transfer must be made immediately after the order is placed, as Sease needs to receive the funds within 3 days from the order date. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be canceled, and the
products will be made available for purchase by other buyers. After placing the order, the buyer will receive an email with the bank transfer details.
LUNU Crypto Pay: Payments can also be made using the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Coin (BNB), Ripple (XRP), stablecoins such as Tether (USDT), and USDCoin (USDC). Sease accepts payments from over 60 major crypto wallets. Note that the order total displayed at checkout will be in fiat currency (EUR, CHF, GBP, USD). After selecting "pay with your cryptocurrency" as the payment method and choosing your wallet, the price will be shown in cryptocurrency. Additional network fees (e.g., GAS fees) are not included in the order total. In case of a return, the original order total (in fiat currency) will be refunded, and the payment gateway will convert the amount to cryptocurrency at the time of the refund transaction. Network fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Is it possible to request gift wrapping?
At checkout, you will have the option to request gift wrapping. You can also add a
personalized message, which will be carefully handwritten by our boutique
staff.
Can a discount code be applied to all SEASE products?
All discount codes must be applied at checkout. Once the order has been created, it will no longer be possible to apply discounts retroactively. Discounts cannot be applied to SEASE items that are part of a collaboration.
Can I pay for an order with Store Credit?
Yes. If you have Store Credit available, you can use it as a payment method during checkout.
Store Credit will appear among the available payment methods when you log in to your customer account or when you use Shop Pay.
If the total order amount exceeds the available credit, the remaining balance can be paid using one of the other accepted payment methods.
Store Credit is automatically applied for the full available amount, and it is not possible to manually select a partial amount.
A maximum of 15,000 USD in Store Credit can be issued per individual customer account.
Where can I see my Store Credit?
If you have received Store Credit, the amount will be visible in your customer account under the “My Account” section, where you can also use it for your future orders.
Can I use only part of my Store Credit?
No. Store Credit is applied for the full available amount, and it is not possible to manually select a partial amount.
If the total order value exceeds the available Store Credit, the remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method.
Do I need to be logged in to use Store Credit?
Yes. Store Credit can only be used when the customer is logged in to their customer account or when using Shop Pay.
How can I track my order shipment?
To track you order shipment, you will receive a shipping notification email from the courier. UPS is used for non-EU countries, and DHL for countires within the EU. This email will contain you tracking number, the unique code associated with your package. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Orders placed within the European Union can be shipped with two options: Standard shipping, free of charge, or Express shipping, available for a fee. For orders placed outside the European Union, only Express shipping is available. Orders are delivered within 3/4 working days for Europe and within 7 working days for countries outside the EU. (any delays due to customs processes and/or inspections are beyond our control).

Do you offer local pickup?
No pickup locations are currently available. However, if you have a special pickup request, please contact SEASE Customer Service at info@sease.it and we will do our best to arrange pickup at the nearest flagship store.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
For the security of your purchases on Sease, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier will attempt to deliver tha package up to 3 times, usually on the next three business days. After the third failed attempt, your order will automatically be returned to our warehouses.
Which countries/regions does SEASE ship to?
Sease ships to the following countries/regions:

How do I make a return/exchange?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date by contacting us.
Returned items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days from the date the return is approved. To submit your request, send an email to info@sease.it specifying:
- Returned product: SC030 TN071, NAVY BLUE, 3XL
- For exchange requests: specify the new size/color/product
- Reason for return/exchange
After 14 days: If a return is approved after the 14th day, the return shipping costs must be covered entirely by the customer.
Sease covers return shipping costs for the first return request or the first size/product exchange.
*Andorra: for legal reasons, the customer will be responsible for return costs from Andorra.
NON-EU ORDERS:
For returns from non-European countries, Sease Customer Care will send the buyer a proforma document that must be printed in 3 copies and given to the courier.
The buyer should place the product to be returned in the Sease box it was received in. If the box is no longer usable, any sufficiently large box can be used, but all the barcodes and labels must be removed.
Sease Customer Care will prepare the return shipping label and share it with the customer, who can drop off the package at an UPS Access Point or DHL Service Point of their choice.
What are the return processing times and conditions?
For returns from EU countires, it typically takes 1-3 business days. For returns from non-EU countires, it takes at least 3-6 business days (any delays due to customs processes are beyond our control).
When and how will I receive my refund?
The refund or the shipment of the exchanged product will be processed after verifying the resellable condition of the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For more details, please refer to the Terms of Sale document.
Please note that, as per our policy, any credits/voucher applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
In the event of a return, only the actual amount paid, excluding the applied credit, will be refunded.
Can I request a return or exchange in-store?
For online orders, returns or exchanges cannot be made in-store.
Can I exchange a product for one with a different price?
Yes. If the new product has a lower price than the originally purchased one, the customer will receive a voucher for the difference in value. This voucher is valid exclusively for online purchases and must be used within one year from the purchase date. A cash refund for the difference is not available.
If the new product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference to complete the exchange. Payment can be made using the accepted payment methods at SEASE at the time of the exchange request.
Can I receive a refund in the form of Store Credit?
In some cases, when a refund is requested, we may offer the option to receive Store Credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. The store credit cannot be requested for orders coming from Italy.
This option is completely optional and will only be applied if the customer explicitly chooses to receive the refund as Store Credit.
Store Credit may be offered in the following cases:
- Refund of a full order
- Partial refund of an order
- Refund of returned items
- Refund of cancelled orders
Store Credit can be issued up to a maximum of 15,000 USD per individual customer account and is valid for 12 or 24 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
How do I receive Store Credit?
If you choose Store Credit, the amount will be credited directly to your customer account.
You will be able to view it in the “My Account” section and use it for your future purchases.
How long is Store Credit valid for?
Store Credit is valid for 12 or 24 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
Can I transfer or convert my Store Credit into cash?
No. Store Credit:
- Is not transferable
- Cannot be converted into cash
Except where required by applicable law.
How do Sease Gift Cards work?
Sease Gift Cards can be purchased both from the Sease online store and at the selected boutiques. If you're buying one as a gift, you can add a personalized message at the time of purchase.
How can I check the balance of a Gift Card?
After purchasing, you will receive an email with the Gift Card details, which we recommend keeping to track the balance. If the purchase amount is less that the available credit, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases, but only online.
Online Gift Cards are sent via email in digital format, with values ranging from $180 to $1500. To use them on the website, simply enter the Gift Card number in the " discount code or gift card" field during checkout.
Can I make a return if I purchased with a Gift Card?
Yes, you can return a product purchased with a Gift Card. The refunded amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card.
If I purchase a Gift Card online, can I use it in-store and vice versa?
Gift Cards purchased online can only be used online, and those bought in-store can only be used in-store.

What is the Safari Rally_Kit by SEASE and Automobili Amos?
The Safari Rally_Kit is a capsule collection born from the meeting of Sease and Automobili Amos, the Italian restomod house founded by Eugenio Amos and Carlo Borromeo.
